Allen P. Muller

Allen P. Muller, 61, of Mt. Vernon, passed away on September 25, 2025, at Mt. Vernon Nursing and Rehab. Allen was born on July 19, 1964, the son of the late Leo and Scharlotte (Kaffenberger) Muller.

Allen graduated from high school and began working on local farms before joining Eagleson Well Services, where he worked for many years until his health declined. He was known for his strong work ethic, his willingness to help others, and his dependable nature.

Allen loved the outdoors and cherished the time he spent with his “adopted” grandchildren. Those moments brought him great joy and were among the happiest times of his life.

He is survived by his beloved grandchildren, Huntlee and Hadley Upshaw and Alaina Seals; his siblings, Bill (Pam) Muller, James Muller, Gerald (Diane) Muller, Delorse Mendoza, Linda (Wendell) Carroll, and Melody (John) Henderson; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leo Ray Muller.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Bellefontaine Cemetery in Mt. Vernon.
