Andrew H. Tucker

Andrew “Andy” Harrison Tucker, 47, of Mt. Vernon, Indiana passed away on December 4, 2023, at his home. He was born May 1, 1976, in Evansville, Indiana to Bill and Beverly Tucker.

Andy was a 1994 graduate of Mt. Vernon Senior High School where he played soccer as goalie. He also was a talented skateboarder in his younger years.

Andy was a member of Point Township Nazarene Church and loved his family and pet turtle.

As an adult, Andy enjoyed growing flowers and playing his guitar. He also played tennis along with being a faithful spectator at high school tennis matches and soccer games. Andy was all-heart as he demonstrated 100% passion towards all of his interests.

Andy was preceded in death by his mother, Beverly Tucker, and grandparents Allen “Junior” and Louise Tucker, and William “Bud” and Margaret Yeida.

He is survived by his father Bill Tucker; brothers, Allen (Angel) Tucker, Aaron (Susan) Tucker, Anthony Tucker; sister, Trinity Tucker, and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, on Friday, December 8, 2023, at Weiss Cemetery in Mt. Vernon, IN, with Rev. Dallas Robinson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the funeral home to help defray expenses. Online condolences may be left at denningfamilyfuneralhome.com
