Veronica Sue (Harper) Hanmore Tresca

Veronica Sue Hanmore Tresca, 76, of Mt. Vernon, passed away on May 23, 2024, at Premier Healthcare of New Harmony. Sue was born in Posey County on October 1, 1947, the daughter of the late Reales Harper and Ambie (Barnes) Harper.

Sue was a family-driven person and loved them fiercely. She was the constant in each of her loved one’s lives and was always there whenever anyone needed help, advice, or just needed a hug.

Sue is survived by her children, Robyn Olsen, Tim Hanmore, Everett Hanmore, and Don Tresca Jr., grandchildren, Amber, Samantha, Ashley, Alyssa, Austin, Dominick, and Kelsey Sue; great-grandchildren, Matthew, Bailee, Asher, Elizabeth, David, Millie, and Rhett; siblings, Jim Harper, Jackie Nelson, and Barbara Montgomery.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Husband, Claude Hanmore, and siblings, Bill Barnes and Veda Brauser.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, at the Denning Family Funeral Home with Jim Brauser officiating, Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until service time on Wednesday.
