Joseph & Ashley Alldredge Obituary

Joseph Ryan and Ashley Nichole Alldredge, both 37, passed away on March 30, 2024. Joe and Ashley were high school sweethearts who married in July 2023. Their love for each other was only matched by the love they had for their 2 children.

Joe and Ashley loved their family and being with them, but they also enjoyed hanging out with their large friend group. They made many memories with their friends over the years, hanging out around a bonfire, boating on the river, camping or just out joyriding.

After graduating from Mt. Vernon High School in 2005, Joe embarked on a journey alongside his father on the family farm. With a steadfast commitment to the land and an innate understanding of agriculture, he quickly rose through the ranks, eventually taking the reins of the farming operation. Joe's passion for farming was not just a profession but a way of life, ingrained in him from his earliest days.

Those who knew Joe will remember him as a man of integrity, always willing to lend a helping hand to neighbors and friends. His easy smile and genuine kindness left an indelible mark on everyone he encountered. Whether working the fields or sharing stories by a bonfire, Joe's presence brought joy and camaraderie to those around him.

Following her graduation from Mt. Vernon High School in 2005, Ashley embarked on a career path fueled by her innate desire to care for others. She found her calling in home healthcare, where she served as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Day in and day out, Ashley tended to the needs of her patients with grace and empathy, providing comfort and support to those entrusted to her care.

Ashley's commitment to her profession was matched only by her devotion to her family and friends. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, and friend, whose radiant smile and gentle spirit brought joy to all who knew her. Her genuine kindness and selflessness left an indelible mark on the hearts of those she encountered, leaving behind cherished memories that will be treasured for years to come.

Joe and Ashley leave behind to live out their legacy to their 2 children, Jesse Ryan and Maizee Grace Alldredge.

Joe is also survived by his, father, Gary Alldredge; siblings, Andy (Christina) Alldredge, and Jennifer (Andy) Byers; grandmother, Dorothy Alldredge; nieces & nephews, Wesley (Gemma), Austin, Zachary, and Alexis (Lance); great niece and nephews, Kali and Cade.
